Antique sextant by Heath & Co, London.
A mid 20th century navigators micrometer Sextant with the classic three ring design frame. Engraved on the arc Heath & Co, New Eltham, London, SE9.
The silver scale is engraved from -5 degrees to 135 degrees and can measure angles to 135 degrees, it is divided into 10 minute increments. The index arm is fitted with the micrometer fine adjustment dial.
This sextant has a 6.5 inch radius.
Box measures W 28 / D 27 / H 14 cm
This antique Sextant is in good condition and contained within its original box. It comes complete with all its accessories - Wide angle telescope, telescope sun filter and adjusting tool.
